At Lavage Mobile Gatineau, we do our best to be flexible and accommodating. We simply ask that you notify us in time if you need to change or cancel an appointment.
Bookings can be made via the contact form, online calendar, or by email. Your booking is confirmed only upon receiving confirmation from us.
If these conditions are not met when the technician arrives, a travel fee may be charged.
You can reschedule at no charge by contacting us at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
We may cancel or reschedule in case of:
We will notify you as soon as possible and offer a new date at no charge.
Payment is due at the end of service. Methods accepted: cash, Interac e-Transfer, credit card. No deposit required at booking.
If you are not satisfied, notify us immediately (before the technician leaves or within 24 hours). We will do our best to correct the situation.
